I don't think so. That's why we can block/mute a bunch of the spam accounts but they seem to keep coming back. You can block their keypair but nothing is stopping then from generating a new keypair and otherwise cloning the profile, including handle
Also I'm now tanel too
Only your nip05 address, and if you don't self host it you trust providers to manage them for you.
