For two decades now, I’ve been an advocate for remineralized distilled water, though I’ve never actually owned a distiller. I’m beyond excited to finally have a Waterwise 4000 on its way, and I think it’s going to fit perfectly in the van build. image In the past, I’ve always remineralized distilled water with Himalayan salt. But I have just ordered Scalar Enhanced Transformational Salts from Dr. Gabriel Cousens, and I believe it is going to be a significant upgrade.

The new water distiller arrived today. @npub1ytx8...ek79 gave it her seal of approval. It is the perfect size (5 gallon water container included in image for size comparison—I do not drink from or store purified water in plastic). I cleaned it, rinsed and boiled the carbon filter for 5 minutes as per the instructions. Once this first gallon is finished, I will discard it "as it may contain harmless matter from manufacturing and packaging," then it will be good to go. Hopefully my new salts will arrive just in time to remineralize and taste the second gallon.

We use to resell and install their whole house units as a family business in STL as a kid. We sold more countertop units though. I’m using a really old model that has been running for 20 years. They were easy to repair and we’d just reapply heat transfer paste during upkeep. I’d like to take one of my old distillers and see if I can integrate it with an ASIC. Could use some help from some home miners and/or an engineer. It’d be nice to earn sats in the process. Btw - some bitcoiners at a meetup nearby recommended Baja Gold sea salt. I really like the flavor fwiw.
