1. Set up an LN node, despite getting wrecked twice in the past running one.
2. Go back to providing liquidity on JM, which I had only run for a short time because of all of its quirks and rough edges.
3. Pledge 1M sats to any credible and organized effort to revitalize JM.

Yeah me too. I’m trying to onboard every place I go to. But it’s hard some times. But refill is a good alternative, but it does not help onboarding the merchant.
What’s your strategy for onboarding merchants? What do you tell them?
My barber and my personal trainer I told them if you want to do business with me you need to accept Bitcoin.

I try to encourage businesses that take bitcoin already.
Disagree. People spending sats will drive adoption. Merchants accepting bitcoin doesn’t change anything if no one is willing to spend.
