For the experts out there, how many confirmations until I torch all my Coldcards?

There is no sugarcoating this one folks. This is the biggest setback for self custody in the “modern” era of Bitcoin, when keeping a modest stack (say under 50M sats) safe was supposed to be straightforward and cheap. No way but through, but this is a black pill.
