Get out in nature. Enjoy moment and wait for inspiration. Although the electroshock therapy suggestion might be a faster route!
Make sure you take time to pray, go to bed on time (without electronics) and get up at first alarm. I am speaking from current experience wherein I am unmotivated, shirk prayer, stay up too late, bring my phone to bed, and get up too late. It is a depressing cycle.
