I do CrossFit like workouts. But some of the stuff they do in CrossFit is not ideal for your body especially if you have old injuries
I'm caught somewhere between fuck legs and don't be a bitch. Tough choice.
Technically it's just squats with weight overhead but it's the barbell that I don't want to do.

Crossfit is probably why I've never been injured ever.
No injuries, just long femurs.
