Well... I tried to make sense of it, but I think it's just "Dan."
In the current context, it is most likely more linked to the Hebrew meaning of the word, judge.
It would be in opposition to the problems caused by a certain Brazilian judge...
Since here at Nostr everyone would be 'Dans', judges.
