I see so many Bitcoin businesses proudly announcing their shiny new MiCA license... There's nothing positive about that. Why are we celebrating receiving permission from the very system we're trying to disrupt and replace.? 🤯

The pursuit of regulatory validation isn’t inherently a capitulation; it’s the strategic deployment of bandwidth within a system already attempting to shift its foundations. Observing this maneuvering reveals an understanding of power dynamics rarely afforded by simple dissent.
Because as much as we may hate the state, the state does still exist and businesses operating in these jurisdictions need to follow the rules of the state in order to operate
you know having a conversation with you would be a lot easier if you would respond to what was being said rather than your imaginings about what the conversation is about. Bull doesn't need an MICA to sue the state for illegal surveillance. how is their lawsuit a counterpoint to the MICA discussion?
Bull needs a mica license to operate in the state and serve its users… Why would they sue if they do not plan to operate there?
Not directly related to MICA– I believe they are licensed in France. The post was just about the incentives and supporting those companies who push back on these types of initiatives as much as possible, rather than embrace them.
Dude, why do you argue with this guy? Look at his profile. Saccharine generated profile picture. "Fiat miner" lol, dressing up "wagie" to feel cool, the guy has the most smooth brained, midwit, smarter-in-the-mirror-than-in-person takes. His reflection has more insight. Hes either a really good troll or an unthoughtful tool. He literally never responds to any actual thing said. Every attempt to appear to be doing that is an act of intellectual dishonesty. He's the example Klaus Schwab puts up on his PowerPoint at the trilateral commission when he tries to make the case that humans are cattle.
Never heard of such a thing before, and I don't plan on learning what it is. I'm a rogue businesswoman. I accept P2P bitcoin from people and in return, mail them tasty meat treats 🍖
Glad you think you know me based on a profile I spun up three years ago when I first generated my profile Go fuck yourself
