GM I feel humanity is at a turning point in spirituality & consciousness. I feel like Bitcoiners have a huge advantage in being able to let go their deepest fears. It amazes me that the spiritual community are only just starting to discover Bitcoin. They know that money is used as a tool to keep people living in fear. They ironically dismiss Bitcoin because of the money aspect & then ask people to pay for their insights. This does little to elevate people's personal power & just creates more centralised power structures. I'm so grateful for decentralised spirituality & Bitcoin. image

I've been thinking for a while now that a Bitcoin message needs to be molded with the mission to have it played in churches and religious gatherings and to release it open source for bitcoiners to present to their elders at church for consideration. Even if it isn't played in church the message can be shared online.
I know at least 2 preachers that became disillusioned by their church & found solace in Bitcoin. I'm not sure that the hierarchy model of most churches is entirely aligned with the elevating the power of individuals. Empowering the individual to connect to the divine is my litmus test for any spiritual teacher. I'd love to see the church of Satoshi established in a decentralised way.
“Spirituality propagates through Culture and Language is the vehicle for culture” This is a core tenet of African Spiritual Philosophy. Bitcoin is Truth, but we still need to build the culture and grow the language.
I think Bitcoin is an excellent language for communicating value & preferences. It's also a great model to build a culture on. The idea of individual responsibility & also voluntarism (opt in) is at the heart. Respect for the privacy, property & preferences of individuals is also important. I think it's helpful to remember this will be decentralised. You don't need anyone's permission to start building these communities. They will also not be evenly distributed intially but they will spread.

Once I started looking deeply at bitcoin I was surprised of how many things were in common with my Christian faith and how bitcoin made sense as a honest money. Most of the Christians in my circles are not interested in learning about bitcoin. But like my faith, I remain prepared to give an answer for the hope that is in me for those that ask.
