I believe iPhone does. Android did not when I upgraded.

Sorry Marcel this is probably confusing. I didn't word this well. With iPhone I believe you will lose data from what I saw others say. You'll have to reconfigure your connectios. On Android however, I upgraded and kept all of my connections intact.
