Oh, never had that. What's it similar to?
Chabichou du Poitou
💋
so is that kinda like 'American'? 🤓
impressed?
Bought a fig and honey goat cheese the other day. Is yum. Also got a gruyere to go on the Thanksgiving style turkey burgers, it's really good with the cranberry sauce.
I like cheese
I don't know, but I know that pairing it with a bit of olive oil and it's a fantastic treat !
Love Parmesan Reggiano, Gorgonzola, and aged cheddar. Enjoy making cheese chips with grated cheese in the oven. When I'm lazy I enjoy moon cheese as a snack
Pecorino romano or gtfo
The best cheese I've had in recent memory is a cranberry Wensleydale. 🤤
So... Yes. 😁
also glad no one said, fromunda
I'm a basic cheese enjoyer. Cheddar and pepper jack and whatever Babybels are.
Im a big fan of unpasteurized cheese, Remeker is at the top of my list now. Also old cheeses (oude kaas) with those nice salt chrystals.
Yes. Nothing moldy. And peppers in cheese are gross. Smoked cheddar or Gouda are very enjoyable.
Ooh, gruyere is good on a steak 🤤
That sounds good
Nice. Aged Kerrygold, the top-shelf stuff, has the crystals sometimes - perfect with a hot coffee in the A.M. 🤜🤛
YUM!!
It really was.
LOL reappropriating the 'pregnant man' emoji for 'man full of steak and cheese' is why I love The Nostr.
It's my go to for I'm stuffed or that's yummy. A nod to "get in mah belly" from Austin Powers 😂.
I love it 😂😂😂
Ever since watching Wallace & Grommit like 20 years go I've wondered what Wensleydale tastes like. (That's a cool story, BTW.)
It's worth finding out. I absolutely loved it especially with the cranberries in it.
