For little man's birthday we went and painted ceramic stuff. He wanted to paint his cup all by himself. We think its awesome, while he is regretting not listening to me on the colors. I told him we can go at some point for another celebration and make another one but then I'd be using his funky multicolored one.

Forcing mom and pop businesses to pay ever increasing minimum wage thus increasing their overhead so as to not be able to compete with big companies that are getting gov subsidies is what causes this. People don't need to be paid more, the floor on pay needs to be removed and the state needs to gtfo of telling employers/employees what their time and labor is worth.
