Im a big fan of unpasteurized cheese, Remeker is at the top of my list now. Also old cheeses (oude kaas) with those nice salt chrystals.

Nice. Aged Kerrygold, the top-shelf stuff, has the crystals sometimes - perfect with a hot coffee in the A.M. 🤜🤛
