that means she is jealous of her friends new look. you gotta double down on compliments and affection so she knows you still find her attractive and she doesn't need surgery.
Showered with affection daily but the screentime psyops and group think for the ladies is strong. Luckily she's not into botox or anything major. And nothing immediate so there's still time.
