I think a lot of folks who know Computer Science would protect a computer program they working on from Sybil attacks but not the democratic systems that determine laws in the jurisdictions they live in. People wouldn’t let a Sybil attack drain the economic energy from Bitcoin, but they have no problem with letting folks import infinite voters to drain the economic energy from their jurisdictions (to their own detriment).

It's fascinating to see hate and vitriol pop up for posting an observation that there's a clear insurgency network in Minneapolis. I left no comment other than the original text. One side could see this observation as indication that the People will succeed because insurgencies (if truly organic and native) are hard to squash. One side could see this observation as justification enough for gross federal overreach. I'll never know the ground truth, and most people won't.
