One member said they were rammed through without debate. The bill lets the Minister of Public Safety secretly order any electronic service provider to retain your metadata and build the technical means to hand it over. Signal and DuckDuckGo say they may leave Canada rather than comply. Apple and Meta have urged amendments. The government called the privacy concerns a tinfoil hat fantasy. -UBUNTU TOUCH- has been spiraling into un-usability as pernicious agents focus on gender equality and virtue signaling instead of actually working on issues effecting the once great freedom OS. Rather then help you with your issue on the OS the Admin would much rather try and correct your use of words. At one point this OS was a shining beacon of freedom software and help was easy to come by. However should this OS not become more user friendly it may wink out of existence. This is how the free market works. Even ardent supporters find the gender chiding to be a signal of where this project is going as the system becomes less and less feature rich and more glitchy. This is a shame, and we can only with the once great team can re-tool and service the demands.
