New @White Noise release v0.2.0, now finally the app doesn't feel completely broken anymore. The notifications on android are super useful, and implemented without any third party server. Images in both the group description and messages works well, with solid encryption. This is coming together very nicely! whitenoise.chat

This is great. So much better now! Would be great if the chats automatically was scrolled down to the last message of the chats 🙏

nos-lol isn't a valid URL. The others, if they're reachable are probably just trying to connect - sometimes it can take a few seconds depending on network.

It still froze on me during login. Force-quit and re-launch brought me into the app successfully. And everyone I try to message results in this. image

Same for me. I am testing it with a throwaway account, but it limits how useful my feedback can be since this new npub doesn't have any connections already. I'd feel a lot better logging into it with my main npub, and my feedback will be way more valuable, once remote signing is integrated.

The next release will hopefully fix this, stay tuned. Turn off notification & background permission for White Noise if its too much draining for now.
