I've never actually considered this tbh. I have a start9 Embassy I can easily install a relay on. Should look into it 👀

Even just a private relay (that's what I do) to just store your own notes.
Clients like gossip, snort and coracle can find them without anyone adding it to their relay list.

Just just noticing a few things on your profile:
Your lightning address should look like an email, you can grab one from walletofsatoshi.com or getalby.com . What you have now is a lightning invoice and it can't be zapped
Your nip-05 verification is down, you can grab one for free from nodeless.io (nodeless address)

Yup that's the one I was talking about. I just looked into Umbrel's implementation tho and damn they give you a lot!
