the easiest to recover the paper wallet is electrum but sparrow, cake wallet etc have options to sweep private keys.

yeah, or a 3d printed coin with private key inside. never mind the medium, this paperwallet has an eyelet and a scratch seal to make sure nobody tempered with it. but most important is the trust, that the private key got printed only once and then sealed and forgotten. try it out! people hat kyc but here you can onboard them to crypto and pay a beer or two with it.

It's rather that you can see when somebody tempered with the private key. Scratch seal, stamp + eyelet closing of the card sleeve. image
