According to our former Texas sales manager’s take, expect to be in a room surrounded by others who couldn’t come up with a creative way to dodge it lol. No offense because I know you are smart and very creative. In a jury trial, a “jury of your peers“ is usually made up of the last left curve people you would ever want deciding your fate. I’m sure I landed myself on some sort of list with the way I railed against the justice system and immigration policy in pre-selection, but they still expected me to go. I ended up having to rely on the fact that my wife is a volunteer first responder and claimed we only have one vehicle that I cannot take for half a day at a time, in order to be excused.
Expect to be treated like a criminal, rather than rewarded for fulfilling your civic duty. No coffee. No snacks. Take a number in a crowded sterile room and wait. You will be fined for parking incorrectly. You will be served a warrant should you step out for a smoke and miss your name being called.

Yeah if good old John hadn’t filled me in on that bit of wisdom, and I wasn’t so black pilled on the way the Alberta courts treated pastors who were simply trying to hold services during Covid and imprisoning them for a couple years, I would have been a willing participant.
It definitely feels like that lol. I’ve been twice. I got selected once and it turned out to be for a somewhat high profile murder case in my area. Ultimately (thankfully) I was sent home before the final jury was seated, because they were going to be sequestered for the duration of the trial. 😅
Excellent. Judges are retarded but juries can correct for this if people take the task seriously. They don’t but you can make a difference. Apply the law. Resist splitting the baby.
Zionist scum you're going to get a lot less zaps after you exposed yourself yesterday. Complaining that people don't give you enough money for sharing memes you find on twitter.
If you're put on a civil case, expect a lot of pettiness that nobody else cares about; and at the end, expect to be asking yourself "Jesus, don't these people have anything better to do than waste everyone's time?"
