I have like 250k monero microfluffies. Can I buy a coffee yet? Or do I have to wait for someone to invent super private coffee for paranoid internet assholes.

How do I get a microfluffy wallet?
The exact same way you'd buy a coffee with Bitcoin.
Convert it to money first.
I'll give you a coffee for 249k microfluffies. Offer valid in person only. ๐ค
I can buy coffee for bitcoin down the street and 6 other places in my city.
Coffee? Pfff, check these:
- Monerica.com
- XMRbazaar.com
- KYCnot.me
The Monero circular economy looks more like a monero pear-shaped economy. You guys are operating at circa-2012 levels of bitcoin commerce.
I mean, you gotta start somewhere, but maybe don't confidently grab a seat at the table until you have more than anonymity LARP accessories and *checks notes* waitfu dolls.

Oh, how manipulative of you to leave out all the other products and services, as well as KYCnotme.com and Monerica.com. Good job.
The merchants you like to talk up who accept Bitcoin I assume are Square merchants (who don't actually hold the BTC but convert it on the spot using the custodial software but that's beside the point here). I assume that because that just brought a huge number of "normal" businesses into the mix.
Square is @jack
It's a somewhat recent development that Square enabled BTC payments.
It's cool he finally did it, I'm a fan of it.
What we Monero folk don't appreciate is the culture the toxic maxis put out that keeps people like @jack away from Monero. The toxic plebs would eat him alive if he added Monero support. Podcastistan would go nuts.
There's really no reason to be so hostile toward Monero. It's good that we have options for different private payment methods, yes Lightning included. And it would be a good thing to have more merchants who accept Monero too.
Instead of trying to dunk on Monero so aggressively, maybe it would be helpful to relax the toxic hate toward it.
LOL
