They were 90% confident 67% of the time? Soooo… 60%?
Totally agree, that’s why you don’t have to have social media.
If you only have Nostr, there’s little it can do.
Who is Satoshi? Anonymity is and always has been a cat and mouse game.
They can still cross reference. One slip up and they have a good guess who you are.
It's another reason why I stopped making on chain tx on BTC without first touching Monero.

60% of the time it works every time . Anchorman 😂
This is one of those moments that makes your stomach drop. I want to be optimistic about the future. I think 1% actually understands where all of this headed — and soon.

but pseudonymity for your UTXOs is good enough?

I wonder if @Neigsendoig Cocules has that....

my only "account" is an npub that posts retarded shit. Checkmate researchers
This is good news for Nostr: if before you were afraid that having a single npub instead of unrelated accounts on different platforms would make it easier to link all your activity across different environments now you're not losing anything anymore.
At the same time, if you have important information to share only on Nostr you can do it using a different account each time, making the life of people who want to track you at least harder.
If it's so good at correlating, maybe somebody can leverage it for reputation recovery after key compromises, too? (That would also be good for Nostr, but in way that makes me cringe😅)
I guess one could also probably use an LLM to copy the style of someone else and create false positives.
Which is also good for Nostr.
Or many of one's self... camouflage is an art, after all.
This is why you translate to another language, and then back to English using another tool, so as to cover your mannerisms and writing style. Obviously using either offline tools or while behind 7 proxies.
Yeah, I mentioned this a while back.
They can even tell who you are by the way you type the keys and mouse around, or connect you with transactions happening elsewhere.

Better once in a while post some racist shit just to make it an extra spicy hunt.
This is why I recommend reducing your true name on the internet. Make your true name pretty close to a ghost if you can.
