Note, they will shut your server down for torrenting, as I learnt from bitter experience.

what/why were you torrenting on someone elses infra ?
To correct you here. You run a public tracker which violates our Terms of Service. we suspended your VPS, unsuspended it after you told us you will fix it and a day later you started it again.
