To correct you here. You run a public tracker which violates our Terms of Service. we suspended your VPS, unsuspended it after you told us you will fix it and a day later you started it again.

What exactly needs correcting? You don't like torrenting. You should make sure customers are aware of that fact.
As I said we havenothing against torreting as long as you do not run a public tracker. This info is public available and you should read it before you order a service.
