I gave away bitcoin to the children in 2020 and they went nuts. My daughter edited this together from camera roll footage and I paid her $100 in sats on her @Blink – The Everyday Bitcoin Wallet.
Picture them as OTC brokers and it makes it even better.
Unfortunately these cards are no more a thing, but you can do this with @npub1yn4m...tec0 or @lightsats

I don't suppose you kept track of the npubs to see if the coins moved at all? Just curious
Why did the @Blink Wallet tag not work?
This is EPIC!! 🧡
AMAZING MAJOR 🧡
Do you know if they spent or hold?
Did they return the next Halloween?
That’s awesome

That’s something I would love to do! No trick or treaters here though.

You can personalise the message and claim it back if they don't redeem it.
"are no more a thing" does that mean that if you still have one around, you can't activate/"mint" (for a lack of better term) it? 😳
Prob not, you’d have to contact bitcoin well
That would’ve been just before bitcoin went nuts too.
lol Those kids made out good.
Sadly most probably lost the card too!
Can you imagine in 50 years:
- “When I was a kid someone gave me a handful of sats now worth $50,000 along with Halloween candies, but I lost the card.”
@BITKARROT there is hope for bitcoin with the next generations
Don’t worry. It will get crushed soon.
$100 usd how did that work? was it 100$ usd awaiting to be swapped for bitcoin or was it $100 of bitcoin at the time of purchase so it could be more or less at the time of redemption
