sounds like horseshit
going to be a run around when their daughter has zero legal framework or recourse for, idk say endowments or inhertance.
also pretty sure these legal frameworks are in place to protect children and have legal/lawful bearing for instances of abuse, mistreatment or other issues. Legally bound versus naturally bound.
In South Africa, people don't have birth certificates, ID's etc. so they are inherently exculded from social services, healthcare and other governmental services, including private banking because they lack documentation.
So good luck to them in the future, when they try to enroll for a bank account, a school board or government assistance. Hell even getting a Tesco card will be a mission.

I think the state would make assumptions, because the exception is unheard of.
The passport and future legal documents would be sufficient to be inside society.
The road leading to our property is private, we own it, but the local council didn't bother to check, so they resurface and repair it regularly.
I think the experience of our road will be a metaphor for the child's future life 😂
This ——- is online talking about “legal frameworks” on an permissionless communication protocol that uses stateless money
