I think the state would make assumptions, because the exception is unheard of. The passport and future legal documents would be sufficient to be inside society. The road leading to our property is private, we own it, but the local council didn't bother to check, so they resurface and repair it regularly. I think the experience of our road will be a metaphor for the child's future life 😂
