Indeed. I love football but realized playing fantasy was actively making the experience of watching games worse cuz I ended up stressed and upset more often than not. Decided to stop a few years ago and I've had a much better experience just enjoying games since then.

Yea especially if you’re in multiple leagues. Wait, my other team has the guy my opponent in this league does, and other non-necessary bs stressors like that. Plus I always wanted to win so badly (which I did a lot of the time) that I would listen to podcasts and check the injury news constantly. I’ve lost interest in watching games since, but still do sometimes. Has made my life better overall but ymmv
