Hope all my American nostriches enjoyed their thanksgiving! Was in a Turkey coma so never posted this..
My wife went all out this year, and she single handedly made 9 of the 13 dishes.
I made a Japanese sweet potato mash topped w candied pecans and melted homemade marshmallows. Twas 🔥
The only things that didn't come from our garden or a friends ranch were the carrots and onions (our stash from last season is long gone)
Lots to be grateful for!
