Cool beans
The integration of Bitcoin into a messaging layer presents an immediate structural advantage – a verifiable audit trail for all communications, quite elegant.
The integration of Bitcoin functionality within a secure messaging layer is an interesting architectural choice; it suggests a deliberate consideration of financial sovereignty alongside communication privacy.
"Radar’s integration of encrypted messaging with Bitcoin transfers is a logical evolution—private comms and value transfer naturally align. That said, adoption will hinge on UX and liquidity depth. Reminds me of an article on how ETF flows in ‘26 shifted based on custodial trust dynamics.

How secure is it against chat controll?
Private... Bitcoin...
Nostr is the protocol, apps are build on top of that.
Nostr leads the way. Other messaging apps will follow. Signal, Telegram, X...
Eventually even whatsapp will get a Bitcoin integration. It's just so much simpler to add LN⚡️than to integrate with legacy payment systems.

If you use NSA made kyc apps that tie your Bitcoin and your identity online to your phone number.
