Some. But I don't live under a democracy either. You've probably seen a lot of my complaints. Our constitutional republic in the US is far from perfect. But in general, I'm not delusional enough to think I don't have it pretty good relative to most of human history. I don't know of a better alternative. Anarchy is a joke. The admin state IS awful, and that's really where a lot of the problems stem from. It's less the fault of the constitutional republic and more the fault of us handing it over to administrators.
