Imposing guardrails is immoral: 1. It is immoral to initiate violence on peaceful people 2. Using violence or threats of violence to control other peoples’ property is immoral (as per step 1) …this includes other peoples’ businesses 3. No person nor group can possess the right to *force* another or group of others (such as businesses) to use/not use a technology; hire/not hire anyone; pay/not pay a certain amount in wages; charge/not charge a certain amount for their products or services; possess/not possess certain licenses or certification, etc.

Even if the claim were true (it’s not)… is it moral to take the giant category of gun owners & initiate gun violence against them all? Similarly, adult males are more likely to commit violent crimes. “I didn’t vote for this” seems to be a common response lately. If you voted for another human to rule you & your neighbors, you got EXACTLY WHAT YOU VOTED FOR.

At some point, resisting is better for self-preservation. People just need to mentally wrap their heads around it.
