I always find it strange to read comments like this. Why do people think that a low-carb vegan diet is not possible? I live a raw vegan diet and practically only eat carbohydrates from fruits and nuts and seeds. No grains, no pulses... Why do people think that low-carb has to mean animal protein?

Probably because it takes more work to get "full" on a veggie diet than a meat-based keto one. I ate a lot of sandwiches when I was veggie. Drank a lot of beer, too ๐Ÿ˜…
