Probably because it takes more work to get "full" on a veggie diet than a meat-based keto one. I ate a lot of sandwiches when I was veggie. Drank a lot of beer, too ๐

It does indeed take quite a bit of preparation and organization to make sure you have everything you need to not only get full, but also all of your nutrients. Nevertheless, you can easily eat a raw vegan diet. I know that many people who live as vegetarians or even vegans eat a lot of junk food... and industrially produced "food"... I eat super clean! And I also love to dedicate my time to nourishing my body ๐๐
I know it's very tempting, if shops offer "vegan" or "veggie" food...But it's a choice to eat clean ๐๏ธ
