Wow interesting! How I have never heard of copyparty before... I am looking to either stop self hosting my own cloud or simplify it a lot so I will also stop my nextcloud in the near future.
Nice. Yeah I'm fairly technical but far from a self hosting expert and was able to get it set up easy enough. You can even run it on your phone or a raspberry pi.
