If you want the healing rays of sun ☀️ You need to be conscious of your 250-1000 nm light intake. UVA (320-400nm) light gives you the TAN so that your skin doesn't burn. But guess what? You like wearing SUNGLASSES. When you block the eyes from getting the sun and alter the spectrum by polarising it (POLARISATION = filtering out light waves oscillating in a specific orientation) Your skin will not produce the TAN If you don't get the TAN, Your skin will BURN. You want the SUN ☀️ not the BURN. Why would you do something so stupid, knowingly?
