I presume it is only for USA citizens. I heard you mention this with your talk with AmericanHODL and Joe it is good to see you finished. I wish you all the best. Godspeed! 🫡
Thanks for putting this out. I’ll use it to add my comments.
Quit attacking our liberties!
Away with these despotic absurdities!
Done. Onslaught has only just begun. Been trying to discuss these threat vectors with you, albeit imperfectly, for over a year. Is leaving the country inevitable and the only option? Is your game theory still that BTC will run so hard n fast ahead of them that we won’t get to that point? Do we actually believe a black market economy can exist in era of CBDC+AI policing? What about a side pot with a trusted custodian that has a multi-sig multi-institutional multi-jurisdictional structure? What about an instrument that offshores BTC investment and repatriates profits for operating dough until the dust settles in the US (ex. volcano bond)? Immediately, how to get ahead of the rule changes on qualified accounts (IRA,SoloK, etc) BTC holdings, where a large amount of bitcoiners stack?
Exhaustive and coherent review of the FinCen proposal. Consider submitting public comment.

P.s. Did you use chatGPT to hunt down the legal citations and case law? Seems like a perfect use case.
Sincerely appreciate
@preston ‘s hard work and diligence. Do your part homies and post a comment!

Action Taken. Thanks for the assist!

Thank you for writing this up. Almost makes you wonder if rules like this effectively outlaw cash (is the wallet in my pocket “unhosted”?).
Amazing Preston thank you!
Yes
Great work. FYI this is incredibly hard to copy paste on a phone 😂
Great analysis.
Their agendas prevent them from caring about individual rights though. Infringements will be "justified," just like with the Patriot Act. I submitted a comment when Swan brought this up still, because why not fight? Don't want it to be too easy for them...
I can't help but be optimistic, but only because of where we are going with technology the state can't control.
On it!
The voting and participation our government encourages us to participate in because "democracy," is really just a way for us to be complacent with government action since we feel responsible.
A great example how the US Constitution did not create a government of “limited”, “enumerated” powers, and never was, given the leviathan bureaucratic tyranny we see today.
Its so called Bill of Rights has been consistently circumvented by their bureaucratic overlords in #Warshington on any meaningful issue, including Bitcoin.
👏👏👏
Real psychopaths need more persuading you know even if fincens or whatever are violating them
I normally wouldn't bother looking, but there's something about being called a psychopath that's gets me amped up!
On it ;)
Thanks brother, will do.
Thank you for taking the time to write this. Incredibly thorough.
We’re at the “…and then they fight you” stage. I worry we won’t be able to convince bureaucrats or “vote harder”. As the old system dies, those losing power will lash out violently to keep it. We have to build tech solutions and be ready to move our families to safety.
You will be at risk if you are trapped in the US. In 20 years, in the first turning, we can return with our families to rebuild.
Comment submitted. Thanks for all the leg work Mr. Pysh.
Read it & take action.

Commendable, but if Americans were able to get their government under control we'd be on a global gold-backed USD standard and wouldn't need Bitcoin in the first place.
Ultimately, non-KYC and un-printable money *will* be criminalized, civil action like this can only slow this process down and buy a little time.
The more prepared we are for this reality, the more capable our reaction will be.
That's true, but I believe that every little obstacle we throw in their paths (especially using their own fucked systems of control) is helpful.

at this point, the constitution seems to have failed
disabling getting them on OS settings may not help. apps developers need options to include disable sending them.
Great work, but futile
Thanks for your help, commented
Good work, thanks!
I'm curious though, why is "coinjoin" not mentioned explicitly?
Reposting this to remind myself to do it later today. I encourage you all to take a few minutes to do the same.

Yeah absolutely, it's the same reason I occasionally throw villages and small cities into the path of an invading army

Incredible POW, ty Preston! 🙏💪
Do you know what the deadline is?
Absolutely
Come on people. This post dererves at least 100k Sats
just delete the psychopaths part
we have all been tested for the three "evil personalities" and are here because we are not that
Can the comment be a question asking them to respond with all ways in which this proposal may violate our constitutional rights? Let them do the work!
done
Thank you for your work Preston 🙏🏻
This is a work of art.
This response is so incredibly well crafted @preston
I've submitted my comment to the docket, If it wasn't limited to 5000 words I would have included your entire response.
Ok I just did it
Thank you for this. I submitted it all piece by piece to stay within their word limit.
Reminder, there's a little over 24 hours left to have your comments submitted for the FinCEN CVC Proposal. Make good use of the hard work
