The voting and participation our government encourages us to participate in because "democracy," is really just a way for us to be complacent with government action since we feel responsible.

There's a lot of truth in what you're saying Drew.
I don't mean to belittle the work you have done in a disrespectful way. I am simply encouraging people not to put any faith in this institution of government because that just prolongs its existence and viability. Government is dependent on the citizenry allowing it to exist.
