So, that world is everyone except the west and it profits by exchanging products of real work for green papers. How does the non-USA-west benefit or suffer from China exchanging against dollars?

Where is the profit though? It's like saying my neighbor profits from me never inviting him for a coffee cause he gets to practice brewing coffee every day. He also got about 3500 coffee IOUs from me that are worth about nothing cause I have no clue how to make coffee. How is my neighbor profiting in this scenario and how do things change if another neighbor provides me with beer and another one with fridges if I'm only a lazy bum printing IOUs. My neighbors using **my** IOUs to trade among them doesn't make things better but that's what the world was doing.

You don't print USD nor coffee IOUs and your neighbor don't trade coffee IOUs. But if you want to more relatable you would think of how much richer the top 1% get everytime US print to ship those dollars in the back of the middle class in return for wars and cheap plastic stuff.

It makes me angry when a US citizen claims that other countries profited and the US took one for the team. It's so disgusting. People trading in US currency are really trading in worthless papers and it all works only if they pile on more and more of those worthless papers cause the US can never return what they took from the world. Chinese trade surplus is China providing more to the world than they consume but somehow that's good for China? Sure, good in terms of training that muscle but they've been working for funny money they will never be able to redeem for goods and services. World trade is not a zero sum game and there are things that are a global net negative and others that are global net positive, so maybe Bretton Woods was a net positive as it oiled global trade but as soon as the US started to abuse it to engage in endless wars it turned into a net negative for the average earthling while some few in the US filled their pockets.

No other countries are not taking advantage of the US but rather the US gov and the the elites are taking advantage of the people are saving and getting paid in the worthless dollars they are printing. Chinese people are hard working people they give their blood and sweat for every cent they should better their life with the money they make. Based on the numbers the Breton Woods agree was a net negative for Americans since all the statistics of all the great things they had before started/continued to trend down, main-while the wealth gap in America keep on exploding, this is not an opinion it's just the fact you look it for yourself or ignore it. US having the reserve currency is also bad for the rest of the world since they are all slaving for eorthless currency that only goes down - 10% since beginning of this year, - 91% against Bitcoin in the past 5 years.
