Your bio says you’re a grandpa, so I’ll assume you’re a boomer.
Younger guys actually enjoy being urged on to excel in all areas of life, including strength and physique wise. We aren’t soft noodles that get offended at any sort of constructive criticism, like the majority of your generation.
I applauded @OceanSlim in his work he’s putting in at the range, and encouraged him to use the momentum he has and to channel it towards putting on a bit of weight incase we are in a scenario where he has to drag me out of the line of fire for instance. Try and focus your fluoridated and glyphosated brain to understand that for a bit.
In no way did I cut him down, I hold the people I follow to high standards because I want them to be the best dads and guys they can be. Take some notes.

Please don't fight. I like both of you. Lifting is just not something I have the time for. I mean I would of I cut out another hobby, but I like my other hobbies and I lifting sounds like a huge chore amount also dieting a certain way. (ie spending more money on food) I know it would be good for me, but pretty much all of my hobbies are already good for me in some way. Yardwork is great endurance training, coding for the mind, being a dad is my favorite, being efficient with my weapons. I'd have to take away from some of that and I just don't think I want to. Especially considering I carry everywhere. So physical threats are greatly reduced by that anyways.
You’re fine, it’s soft boomers that I have problems with
I’m mid 50s, not a boomer, started my family early. Don’t be so soft that you need to write a big reply just because someone said your comment was a dick move. Time to toughen up your mental constitution a bit like us Gen X men. 🚁😎
You're all wrong.
You’re right. Broke my rule of arguing on the internet again
Except me right? Except me right?
