Yep. Fee has always been the spam prevention of Bitcoin and it works. Chain fees are low, expect more spam.
That means the filters have been working

It has to be a binary. Either spam kills bitcoin or it doesn't 😂

The downstream effects of spam can't just make Bitcoin more centralized, more expensive and difficult to use.
It has to be all or nothing.
