Some career paths that are relatively safe from AI and Robots next decade:
Material Science and Eng
Chemical engineering
Nuclear engineering
High end restaurant and bar business
Just anything related to cooking and large infra, which needs human intervention and also a high degree of technical skill.
I've watched the robot bar in las vegas over the past decade and nobody wants to go to a bar served by a bot. People still want a 'bar-shrink-tender' to talk to 😅

I had this conversation with my kid today (who works in the restaurant industry).
Chemical engineering you gotta live near the plant which is in particular areas not really big city
Its definitely not for digital nomads 😂
I would visit that bar as a tourism novelty. Given the location, I'm assuming that's exactly what it is.
Skilled trades too. Economics won’t ever get there
I doubt any of these are safe. I bet there are already teams and teams of people working on making this all AI first.
Read “Durable Trades” by Rory Groves. https://bookshop.org/p/books/durable-trades-family-centered-economies-that-have-stood-the-test-of-time-rory-groves/551afe0ca03b203f?ean=9781725274143&next=t&next=t&affiliate=2037 Sad to say that none you listed (except maybe restaurateur?) make the top 20 list.
I am here for it

I think people also sleep on AI paired with robotics. I work with a guy whose girlfriend works on new drug discovery and much of that is already computer modeling. I can imagine that and chemical being automated in the future.
That said, there's also a ton of bullshit hype out there. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.
As a decentralized vibe chemist, I’m not so sure
The bar-shrink-tender will absolutely be perfected unfortunately.
Trades are safe
I'm cooked, luckily my wife is a chef ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Technicians & Engineers are safe too.
The first thing that I look for in a bar is the what the bartender is like. Tells me everything I need to know about the place.
