I'm not sure what country you're from, but I'm pretty sure my brother got a 10 year tourist Visa when he wasn't eligible for the ESTA. I know it won't help right now, and might not even be a thing anymore or where you live, or whatever their reason for canceling your ESTA might impact, but I sure hope a good path will open up so you can come over in the future with way less hassle!!

I got a stern talking to once, but was allowed entry. That was heartbreaking enough, and really threw me. I didn't wanna go back unless I had a greencard, but ended up flying over some years later to marry my husband and bring him home with me 10 days later. I was sent to a separate room for further questioning at the time, but that guy was happy and just asked some questions I answered honestly and he let me through.
