Yeah that's not good. Have you looked into a parasite cleanse or treatment? Ivermectin will clear out many intestinal parasites & fenbendazole goes into your bloodstream to hit parasites in your tissues. These are both well tolerated drugs with a long history of use in humans. Your body either can't regulate it's own blood sugar or you're being controlled by parasites. I'm assuming you've had bloods done to check for metabolic issues.

Ok πŸ˜‚ I know PCOS is associated with insulin resistance but you had something else from memory. My wife has a friend who is a competitive swimmer. She has to eat every 2 hours or her blood sugar drops & she turns into a massive bitch. My wife gets frustrated that she won't eat much beef & animal fat (she thinks saturated fat is bad for you). This lady has trouble recovering from races & we think she'd do so much better with eating a steak occasionally. I was pre diabetic before I hopped on the keto & then carnivore train about 6 years ago. I loved fasting because it freed me from the compulsion to eat so frequently. I know there's a fair difference between the metabolism of a man & woman though. Fasting came pretty naturally for me with carnivore. Although I haven't been carnivore for a long while, I still fast easily.
