I warm up cold brew all the time (I make mine at home, though) cold brewing is a brewing method, it doesn't mean it has to stay cold. The benefit is that the cold method takes out the bitterness of the coffee grounds.

True! The smoothness of a brew made overnight is so different than what my Keurig puts out.
