There are always rules! I have no idea about laws in the US…but I’m sure you can find help from an institution that defends tenants…without the need to pay expensive layers.

Can you give an instance of such places because when i talked with the lawyer he said a notice was place at my doorstep since December which have been away for three months so that means i was given three months notice of the house to be sold but i was not there to read or even know.
That sounds so strange to me. A notice like this must be signed by the tenant , that it has been received IMO...
