I spent my day yesterday vomiting from my spine pain. I know exactly how you feel. I would never recommend you a chiropractor, those people can paralyse you. Maybe rather physiotherapy, also make sure you eat well to reduce the inflammation of your spine and plank. Do a lot of planking. 💯🔥✨️🥳

Bloody hell, that sounds awful - I've been quiet and done next to nothing to day because I'm too nervous to cause the pain - although while it temporarily causes excruciating pain, it passes quickly once I lay down. The sort of pain which causes you to be sick is something I could do without.
