It’s also interesting how some things in medical science—and especially among certain dietitians—are taken for granted. Eating five times a day unless you work in a coal mine is pretty stupid. I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting for decades, long before it became mainstream. Often, I only eat once a day over a 24-hour period. And I wake up on an empty stomach and run 15k—or sometimes more—and I’ve never felt faint or dizzy. I find it hilarious when people around me get dizzy from skipping breakfast or a meal and feel sick and hungry. The world and society really are stupid. image

you are doing absolutely fantastic. My issue is Iron def due to perinicious anaemia. still i clock 2hrs on average per day. with no nurients deficiency and discipline human have no limit (Kipchoge)
Sir I totally agree. Mainstream health "advice" is mostly bullshit utter bullshit.
Whenever my wife's relatives visit, I'm struck by how hangry they get after like 2 hours of not eating and how much they consume. Three times a day they'll eat as much or more than we do with our one meal. They're all fat and sick, yet somehow feel the need to tell me it's not healthy to only eat once a day.
