I built WhyBitcoinOnly.com all on Wordpress! It's the best and most commonly used website builder. Squarespace, Wix, and all of those work too, but they're more expensive and cookie-cutter with less versatility

if it’s specifically centered around commerce, you can pretty easily build it with shopify and integrate btcpayserver https://docs.btcpayserver.org/ShopifyV2/

Wordpress. If technology tends to dislike you, using a drag and drop page builder or just a template in the beginning should do you well. I've been helping others set up and grow their own platforms for 20 years now—happy to point you in the right direction if you have questions.
