I think someone else was having this issue with primal. I guess that's what you are using?
Yeah for some reason the gif didn’t get properly uploaded to primal. I think you have to use nostrbuild.
Have you added any collections to use with : ?

I'm not sure what they call it, but you can add these packs and use them by typing a colon. In Amethyst. Not sure about other clients.
